Default Transmission swap

I have a 1974 mustang ghia with a three speed automatic transmission and I was wondering what it would take to swap it out with a three speed manual. Or if it would even be worth it? I prefer to drive stick and I can't find any info on this anywhere so it would be much appreciated.

You would need the pedal assembly, the correct flywheel, clutch, bell housing, cutch cable assembly with firewall adjuster to name a few pieces. Best to find a donor car if possible.
