adding another alternator wire like a 6g might help. the stock alt wires are wimpy on every car i have ever seen. if that dont work get a capacitor.

If you havea stock alternator, and a huge sound system, you need to upgrade your alternator indefinitely.

what you need to do is remove the stock wires from the alt to battery, battery to ground and engine to ground. upgrade to 6 or 4 gauge wire. this will let more power flow without restriction. if you dont know what your doing find someone who does, fairly simple. this will take care of your issues. do you know how much peak amps your pushing? if you dont use a meter and find out and i can tell you if upgrading your wires is enough or if you will need a cap anyways.

do all of the above if you have a high wattage system and it sounds like you do. buy a new alternator, heavier gauge wire at the battery and cable going to your amps and get some capacitors if you still have problems. the capacitor provides extra energy when the bass hits.
