Alternate Tail Light Designs

Does anyone else wish Ford had gone a little different way on the tail light design?
I threw together a few google pics and Photochops:

If you had an insane custom shop and plenty of time, I think the Shelby 5/6 light style is still do-able.

What style would you have gone with?

I personally would have been very happy with the GT-R concept's tails...

that first cervini's one you got would look sweet...but i think they should only do that on the shelbys

yeah ive always said i didnt understand why at least the shelby's didnt have the shelby lights.....

imho it seems to me that the shelby mustangs are a tad bit lame, they lack a little from what ya think they should have
to me they didnt stray too far from the regular mustang gt platform
