so i just got done grilling a ford insider on the design of the new stang and this is what i pryed outta him.... the new body line extends from the rear quarter panel to behind the door where the line curves down (similar tothe charger) the rearend is all new and the taillights are angled in on the ends so you can see them from the side of the car (he said he wasnt a fan of that... we'll see) the wheel openings arent so pronounced like the current style, they are more smoothed out. he said the interior was all new and the console was bigger (taller). He confirmed the new hood was just like the pic that was posted on here a few weeks ago. He also told me that ford is introducing at least 2 new colors that he didnt like... one is a blue and one is a goldish color that he said looks gaudy. He said the overall look of the car is cleaner and he said it looks better than the new camaro and challenger (i hope so!) The only thing he could tell me about the engine was "faster" so thats good to know lol.

Either way itll be interesting to see because how do you redesign retro? Do you go more retro? Do you try to evolve like the guigario? I do want that hood though, I hope to god itll fit my old fossil of a mustang =/ lol
