Shoulda went old school pushrod . Show chevy they are not the only ones that can still do it.

I think its awesome how Ford can get 400 horse out of a 5.0 and chevy needs a 6.0 or 6.2 which ever ones going in the SS to get just over 400. Same with the mopar its a 6.1 making a little over 400. Plus the stang is way lighter. Can't wait!!!

Anyone else find it sad the 03 Cobra had 390 horse and the base GT might have 400 N/A?

I don't find it sad, more amazing than anything else. It will be more powerful than the 1993, 1995, and 2000 Cobra R's.

I agree. I would hope that 8 years after the 2003 Cobra, the GT would be able to keep up with it. It's called progress.

Wait and save your money.
Then, when some kid wrecks his Mustang, you can buy the 5.0 out of it, drop it in yours...and have a badass sleeper
