Diesel Ranger
if this ain't the right place for this feel free to move it to off topic, but i thought a while back i heard about Ford offering a diesel Ranger sometime in the future, Is this bs, or if it is true when will it come out?

Hmm Ford seems to like to come up with neat little ideas about it's Ranger model. I actually swiped a brochure on a Ranger STX concept from a desk in a Ford dealership. It's basically a lightning in Ranger form. However it seemed a little whimpy hp wise with only 148 at 4900 and 180 ft/lbs of torque at 3950, out of a 3.0 liter OHV V6. It also says there would be an optional 4.0 liter SOHC V6 with 207 hp at 5250 rpm and 288 ft/lbs. at 3000. It has some unique styling features but all in all EH
