That's not a bad looking car for a hatch. I'm one of the few that would actually cross-shop as I'm looking into awd turbo cars and rwd cars. I realize this is fwd and I told myself I would'nt get another one after my spec-v, but it looks like they did a real good job eliminating most of the torque steer and if you mainly want a decent daily driver, that car would be awesome on the highway. I also remember watching a review awhile back where they picked it over a couple awd cars, I believe one of them was an evo. If they don't detune it and they list it in the mid-20's, I would probably check it out...

This is a car I would have cross shopped too. When I was in the market for a new car, I was looking at a Solstice GXP, 350z, WRX, Mazdaspeed 3, and the Cobalt SS/SC(before the SS/TC came out) So I'd say it's direct competition for some people. This car would have been without a doubt on my shopping list.

like stated above two different cars and two different groups of people that want to buy them... still kinda cool to see if it comes to the U.S. maybe give all those other companies a run for their money in that department
I agree with the people who would have considered this car. When I was shopping for cars, my criteria was the fastest car for under 30 grand. That turned out to be the Mustang. If this car was available then, I would certainly have considered it.
