Question Disc conversion for 4 bolt

Had heard there is a kit out there for those of us with Classic Stangs with 4 bolt hubs. I am not talking about the Granada stuff, but a kit that allows us to put on front disc brakes, without all the extra work. Basicall a straight swap of parts I guess. Has anyone heard of or seen this?? I would love to do this!!

I know scarebrid.com makes a adapter kit for 6cyl mustangs to, but I don't know exactly what parts are needed. Check them out and email them for help.
