I know it has not officially been announced or even considered. But I'm saving up for the new 2011 GT and was wondering when everyone thinks that Ford may release the 2011?

I was under the impression that Ford already released a statement saying that the 5.0L was going in the 2011 Mustang.
Well, they've pretty much admitted that it was going to happen, but until there is an official press release saying "Yes, we are putting the new 5.0 V8 "Coyote" under the hood of the 2011 Mustang"....you can't start making estimates on when they'll have the newly powered model available. So far they've just hinted at and dropped plenty of enuendo that it was a done deal.
