Default Can a 98 mustang house a 5.0

I heard that it can be done but have not seen any pics or proof. So im asking can it be done? im wanting to do it to mine if it is possible.

yes it can be done the 94-95 mustangs had 5.0l motors so i dont see it being that incredibly hard of a swap as long as you have all the right parts

if you want to do it cheapest, find a 94 or 95 wrecked with the engine intact. buy that baby up and use the engine gauges computer, mounts etc... thats what i would do!!

why would you want to spend all that time and money when you can just buy a 94-95 gt and swap out the tail lights and you have the same car. i dont think that there were any differences b/w the 94-95 and the 98 other than the vertical tail lights and rims. but back to the original question, yes it could be done if you had all the right parts. there are plenty of places around that sell new crate 5.0L engines. not sure what else you would really need other than motor mounts and maybe exhaust.
