Default 2011 GT Skip Shift feature?

All this taklk I am hearing about the 6- speed manual Skip Shift feature, and the 375 ft-lbs of tq it's rated at when the car puts out 390 ft-lbs of tq, is making me 2nd guess buying it!

Skip shift has been around for a long time. My '98 Camaro had it back then. Present day cars like Camaros, Vettes and Vipers have 'em. Just drive the car a little aggresively or purchase a $40 resistor plug that fits between the transmission and computor to fool the ECU. No problem at all. Rest easy.

Cheers.

Yea, I talked to a couple of my friends with Camaro's and a Vette owner and they explained it better! I will wait for the plug to fix it! Thanks
