Makes perfect sense since Australia is an SI (metric) country.
449.24 crank BHP? I am impressed, I was under the impression that the Boss Coyote was going to make 9 less crank HP.
I am guessing that in the US, the estimated 440 crank BHP is calculated as such because of emissions controls and an emissions friendly tune is required, while still meeting the US EPA's CAFE regulations.
Also, it could be a result of octane count and if you all have premium fuels sold at the pump with higher octane counts than the US' 93 octane.
Mind if I ask what the highest octane pump fuel you can get in Australia?
