Default Consumer protection

I recently ordered some new wheels and tires from a company in Georgia. Delivery date was not met and they never notified me. I planned a special trip based on what their sales department told me. They have also charged my CC and failed to complete the order in a timely manner. I called and got some floor manager who was arrogant and rude.

Notify your card company and reverse the payment. You have a time limit on that action. Let it pass and you'll be SOL.

Ditto to filing a chargeback. Notify the BBB as well. Hell, even post something on teh forum.
