Carroll Shelby is no longer with us but he will always be remembered for his impact he had on cars to make them what they are today. The world has just lost a legend and he will be missed but may he rest in peace
Honestly brought a tear to my eye when I heard. He is one of my heroes, and will forever be in my memories. His legacy is indelible and innovations made the world a better place.
I am sure God will have Carroll build him something special!

I'd say that this is a kick in the fuzzy gumdrops but he had a helluva run and lived a life worth living. As a long time Mustang devotee I will forever be grateful for his contributions to the world of motorsports.
Take your rest, Mr. Shelby. You've earned it.

Death, imprisonment, theft of property

giving them too much power.

Thank you sir for giving us cars that have *****, and inspiring the 3 main US car manufacturers to step up their game to your level of expectations.
Nothing to be sad about - long and well lived life as he wanted it to be - in the fast lane!

Pretty much sums it up for me.....Kinda hope I get a ticket doing it too!! Forever mark the event.
I hope a fair number of mustang enthusiasts line the road he is on when they lay him too rest!! Kinda like the ending too Billy Jack, only with mustangs!
Peace Carroll, and many many Thanks!
