Default Pop Artist Captures Mustang’s Iconic Appeal in Paintings



Ford is leaning on a lot of artistic appeal beyond sheet metal to generate buzz for the new Mustang including some rather unique paintings.

The paintings, created by California-based pop artist Burton Morris, are intended to celebrate the launch of the first Mustang to be sold globally by Ford. Dubbed as #MustangUnites, the hand-painted pieces are sculpted in fiberglass and mounted on aluminum panels depicting Ford's iconic pony in the flag colors of ten countries the new model will be sold in, including the U.S.
