The Birds of Fire - The Largest American Cars Club in Israel
“The Birds of Fire” is the largest American cars club in Israel.
TBOF was founded in 2012 by four Israeli enthusiasts who live, breathe and own American cars their entire lives:
Roni, Erez, Zura and Max.
Back in 2012, the founders’ dream was to unite all the American cars’ owners and lovers in Israel and show everyone that they can bring the great American motoring icons to Israel!
The club grew in a very short time from just a few hardcore members to over the current 120 American car owners from all over the county. The membership is still growing weekly.
The special name of the club “The Birds of Fire” was chosen due to the simple reason that the Pontiac Firebird is the only car which is no longer produced, contrasted to all the others.
Although the club name is “The Birds of Fire”, it includes much more than “just” Firebirds. Today there are owners of almost every American manufacturer from any model and every year. Such as:
Pontiac, Chevy, Ford, Buick, Dodge, Oldsmobile and many more American cars icons.
The first official and public meeting of the club was in August 2013 and since then the club members meet every week and share their love for the American cars and culture. On many occasions, the club members are invited as guests to other car club meets.
Apart from their weekly and monthly meetings, the TBOF members love going on road trips across Israel and enjoy the great experience of driving and being seen in American cars.
Members frequently get together and host barbeques and picnics like one big family.
We invite you to share your thoughts on our great club and your love for American cars.
