When one thinks about long-lasting and high value retention vehicles, cars like the Honda Civic, Toyota Camry, and other run-of-the-mill Japanese models generally come to mind. But what about the Ford Mustang?

I think this might be at least in part due to the reaction folks had when the 2015 gen 6 model was introduced. It's grown on me but at the time I much preferred the more traditional look of the S197 and especially the '13-'14 models. I've had a number of people complement my car and express similar feelings. Of course I'm old enough to remember the original Mustang introduction in '64.
