Even though it seems as though the S550 is freshly upon us, we are already looking at images of the 2018 mid-cycle refresh.

Hmm. Hope I won't need to search through menus to get to the heated steering wheel on/off function. There doesn't seem to be a physical button for it.

The front doesn't look all that different to me but I always thought the 2015-2017 models had kind of a big face compared to the svelte lines of the rest of the car. Hard to tell from the photos but I think the lowered front end should help tie the overall styling together better, but I need to see it person to be sure.

The back end with the revised tails and quad exhausts on the GT look fabulous though. I also like that configurable digital dash. The speedometer on my '13 has the speedo numbers too squished together and it's hard to read. It always feels like I'm looking at the speedo at too much of an angle to get the correct reading.

How it looks is only one of it's issues.
Under the hood, still a " knife @ a gun fight " !!
