HELP! I lost my salesman...
HELP! [sm=smiley19.gif]My story in a nutshell...I want to purchase one of the new '07 Shelby Cobras. I'd been dealing with a salesman who promised me MSRP price. [sm=smiley20.gif] I heard the spec sheet's coming out this month. On Monday I called the dealership to speak with my salesman and ask for the spec sheet, only to be told he's no longer employed there! [sm=smiley18.gif]NOW what do I do?! "C"

If it was me, whitch its not, i would go in and talk to another sales guy, and maybe get him all buttered up, and see if he could maybe strike you a deal, bring him flowers while your at it. if not just tell him the other guy told you the quote,(better if you g=had it in writing)

Well, I don't have the quote part in writing, but I do have copies of two e-mail correspondences. One of those listed the name of the Business Development Manager, who I just left voicemail for, so we'll see what happens. The problem is, I left a voicemail for the former salesman's manager on Monday, and I've yet to hear back...[&:]"C"
P.S. My local Ford dealership is not SVT authorized and will therefore be unable to sell any of the new Cobras! [
