will this thing ever become production? or some variation of it?

i think it looks kind of neat...the rear could use some help....but looks cool.

i dont really see people buying it though....its almost too retro....but i think its kinda cool.

its a sort of old concept anyways huh?

I think not. Ford had problems earlier this year that made it pull back on several ventures and look at the mass-market with more focus (pun intended). They seem to be doing better now (at least profit wise if not market share wise), so I'm betting they stay with a conservative approach. Then, they have to look at retro-styles including their own T-bird, the Chevy SSR, and say to themselves "let's not do that again."

So, I imagine this, and the similar Chevy Nomad retro show car, will remain just that, fun dreams but never in production.
