I own a 93 rx-7 and a 01 gt andi raced a 5.0 jus yesterday night with the fd, even i can admit my car aint the fastest thing out there. The race was just as close except the stang pulled on me by like an inch before we stoped. I only have 3 months with the car and it was my first time racing so i suck at shifting (damn u fifth gear!) lol but yea if it was that close with me i think it was pretty accurate a cat and something else even if it is a minor mod would keep up or even pass it like that. Bottom line close race cant win em all.

RX7 turbos are in the 99+ GT territory as far as 1/4 times, I believe non turbo RX7s are mid 15 second cars. All that Fox had was catback, so I'd venture to say it's a 14.8-15.1 car.

That RX7 wasn't turbo, but the owner thinks it's badass just because it's an RX7. He got schooled... on video no less.
Well, unless I am totally wrong, that looked like a 88 or so LX notchback (Looked like a trunk to me). If its a LX notch, they can run 14 flats stock. They are light as hell, usually around 3100-3200 pnds.

I could be off the wall here though, the vid is pretty hard to see.
really cause my 86 gt hatch weighed 3200 *rounded up truck scale* with me and a half tank
