OUCH! I too carry a Fl. Concealed Firearms License and always carry my firearm when out. Especially after dark. That big boy would have had two rounds center-mass real quick. That would clearly be defined as a serious threat to life and body and would most likely be a justified shooting.
Amazed how people today are afraid to get involved to help someone out. I might get hit once or twice, but would've helped out.

I would have jumped in. I hate seeing that kind of crap. Even with a video of him walking in beating the guy down he will walk. Same thing with Michael Jackson, Rodney King, or O.J. Simpson. Michael Jackson could have made a kiddie porn and walked. O.J Simpson had a damn out of country ticket the day after Nicole was killed and he walked. And god knows that they wasnt going to show Rodney King throw the first punch in the video where the cops had every right to throw him a beating he would never forget. Serves him right.
