Default video update on our heretic Mustang with a lsx engine...

http://www.nmratv.com/index.php?stre...flv&playlist=1

getting closer with the Mustang build, finally got the engine built, or at least the short-block. putting this thing together has not been easy, lots of new parts to try to figure out how they go together.. Mustang chassis is looking very good, the rear suspension and rear end are completed, (still with the stock-type 3-link).

should have this crazed beast running 9's by january...

why do people insist on putting non manufacturer correct engines in cars, at least good cars, it pisses me off how 9/10 old fords have 350's in them...

im sorry, but if you want me, or almost anyone else on the website to like this car, put in a 460, not an LSX, save the LS for a camaro, or something

Then say you have a problem with Chevy SB's being put in Ford sheetmetal.

I agree that not everyone on this website is going to like this car, but I don't hear anyone bitching about RX-7's with LSx motors.

35th notice how i said NICE CARS, meaning good cars, cars that dont suck. i have no problem with Rx7's with Ls1s or Starions with 5.0s, but i hate it how every old ford has a 350

I don't care whats under the hood, that's going to be a fast car. Did he say that block would support 2500hp?![sm=smiley3.gif]

Handle 2500 hp and weighs probably about 400lbs less than a 460! These lsx engines are real deal!

Yeah. I can respect a fast Crapmaro. What I can respect is a stang with a chevy motor. I yelled at my uncle for putting a 350 into his '42 ford p/u.

dropping achevymotor into a mustang is the only way to get real power out of a ford.
