Personally i dont feel that comparison was fair or well it was skewed as you others have said. you a comparing and aftermarket modded vehicle vs a production car. aftermarket parts for the camaro wont be really good, especially in the handling department for a year or two, it takes time to produce and engineer a good product. we'll see this test again in another year.

theres a camaro SS for sale around me and its black 49k just for a bone stock SS come on GT500 Base price is 46k. GT500 Walks all over the Chevy guys once again! Love the camaro dont get me wrong but you would think with 425 hp you would be able to be more than one tenth of a second quicker than a GT. Plus mod you GT with simple exhaust, gears, tune, and track pack. And your right there with Camaro SS and almost 20k in your pocket!!!
