According to my old 1/8 times and mph, I would have been highish 11's on a 50rwhp shot.....so it's not hard to put them deep into the 11's and 10's on a little more gas.

So basically you are saying a 13.5 second car goes to a 10 second car with tires, exaust, stall, gears, and N20???

Man, I am having a hard hard time seeing this happening with that car. It is quick, but it ain't that quick.

What was your RWHP on the 50 shot???? What is the wieght of your car? I thought LS1s were heavyer than GTs????

I was only making 367rwhp when it was going 7.6x-7.7x's @ 90-92mph. If he has the nuts to spray 150 wet shot and run some slicks, 10's are a possibility coupled with a large stall.

Oh yea, my cars full weight. Well, I don't have a backseat, but I mainly did that b/c the backseats are useless in these cars. It weighed roughly 20lbs, the seatbelt things actually felt heavier than the whole rear seat. But I used to always race with all my nitrous stuff in the car, well I still do, even on motor. So I guess that makes up for it. My full nitrous tank weighs more than the seats did.

What was your RWHP on the 50 shot???? What is the wieght of your car? I thought LS1s were heavyer than GTs????
When I put the headers on I made 392 rwhp on a dry 75 shot, 352 rwhp on motor.

What? I'm lost...
The comparason I am making here is that MD runs a 11.5x with quite a few suspension mods, full slicks, 4.10s, and 415 RWHP. Your saying that only 52 more RWHP, in a car that wieghs more, with an auto, and no suspension mods is gonna run a full 1/2 second at least (more like close to a full second from what you were saying) faster than MDs car??

I just have a hard time seeing a 10 second time slip outta tires, gears, exaust, cam, and some N20. If that were the case, everyone with a LS1 and any want for performance would be posting 10 second time slips. Hell, you are only talking about 3-4K in mods here anyway.

I just have a hard time seeing a time like that outta his car with so few mods. I guess I could be wrong, but I would have to see it to believe it (at a full 1/4 strip).
