Thats not even a good comparison.

An F1 car goes from 0 - 150mph in nearly 4 seconds. A go kart will go 0 - 60 in about 4 seconds

I've driven a 125cc kart before and they are fast. With the small distance that they raced, im pretty sure this was real.

those shifter carts go up 120 mph, theres a shifter cart track near my house, I see them every once in a while, those carts are very fast.....very fast....OMG, my buddy has on with a 250cc engine.....thats thing is so freakin fast. and loud....

...repost from a while ago but i dont know that vette seemed a little quiet and without wheel spin. yet i don't doubt how fast the go-karts really are.

that kart is quick. put a atv motor on a kart and its like putting a small block in a little datsun

i think an atv motor wouldnt rev high enough for those cars.

thats definately real; i race 125cc shifter karts. At the new Barber Motorsports park in birmingham we raced the with the Grand-am series. we were atleast 3-4 seconds faster than all the cars there; only the daytona prototypes were faster. That guy was really squirrly at the start too.. That vette didnt sound very good tho.

ive seen this b4, the dude who ownes the kart is named Darius, same one with a SCvette motor in a 240z

that perticular kart engine was a YZ450F bike motor, yes thats the new super light 450cc 5valve 4stroke. the vette was real u just wouldnt hear it over the kart... sounded almost like it had been rejetted and had a FMF pipe installed

that vette wouldnt stand a chance in any distance 1/4mi and less, possible even further "not much tho"
