i missed out on the track day that my buddy went to but heres a video of his sub 12 pass. he had slicks and was running the ford racing tune, his trap was 113.92 on the time slip he showed me.

he's got 3.73's. this is the guy i raced when his car was misfiring awhile back. he didn't have the tune when we ran haha. he's got a pic on facebook but it didn't have the 60ft, but on another video he sent me he had a 1.6 ft 60 and he ran a 12.2

Gotcha. That's hauling for just a tune and tires. Guessing he probably had 3.73s from the factory. I'm sure he could do a few exhaust mods and really wake it up on the top end.

that ford racing tune is only good for about 5-10whp and doesn't bump up the rev limiter because it maintains factory warranty... a good cai+tune combo adds about 30whp to these cars, more than any other single mod.. unless you considered full exhaust a single mod, that adds about the same. or the boss intake manifold which adds 40whp-50whp, but not peak power, it just doesn't lose power anymore past 6000rpm (continues to make near peak power till 7500rpm).

I'd really like to see what he can do with full bolt ons.. all the fast times ive seen so far are from automatics. Looks like that guy can drive, would like to know what he can pull off.
