i didnt feel like reading ALL the posts, but i read first page.

I had one thing to say...

about 8 years ago, our neighbor had a pitbull and would teach it to hang from the tree by its mouth while holding onto a rope.

one day when we(mom,sister,her friend, me...and the German Shepard) went on a walk, their dog came into our yard, in our driveway, and came towards my mom and the German Shepard and when it got close enough our dog bit the ****er in the side and sent it yelping back into its own yard. My mom didnt even try to hold the German Shp. back, she know its was "goin' down" as yung joc would say.

our dog wasnt attacking it,she was defending all of us....I really dont think thepitbull was "attacking" us either, but when you teach a dog to hang from a tree and beat it while its hanging there...what couldsomeone expect?

and yes, there not born mean, they're taught.
...but they have been breed to be built the way they are.
BIG heads and alot of muscle...what else is someone supposed to think when they see a dog like that?
