Default Grinding/Scraping noise making left turns

Recently I've been noticing a scraping/grinding noise only when I make left turns. It sounds like there's a hanger hung up in my wheel well and nothing appears to be out of the ordinary. I have no clue what it could be, but it's quite annoying and I fear it could be an expensive repair. Any ideas what it could be?
