Have you tried CarMax? Seems a lot of the people here live in dreamland...$19K for an 06 GT w/ min miles. Give me a break. I've got an 05 w/ 12.6K miles on it and they offered me significantly more for it than that. I'm thinking about just letting them have it to unload it, but I wouldn't even consider anything under $22K. They (CarMax) will probably give you that much...

Good luck

I'm a dealer, I say that car is $24-$25K, it's usually 4-5K less then KBB retail...

The Kelly Blue Book Value on ur car is 26 thousand not 29, because u are selling private party not retail, retail means ur a dealer.

How would u transport the car to chicago, just drive it down 94 or would we have to come get it. My dad is lookin at gettin a car I just don't know how much he can spend.

Also, I was just wondering how does the new models handle in the snow, we have an 03 and it isn't very good in the chicago weather.

...which is why I'm looking for around25- 26.

getting it to chicago...if you want me to deliver, it'll be on a per mile charge extra...otherwise you'll have to pick it up. It is not easy for me to deliver it sinceI do not know a lot of people in the area yet that can make the trip down with me.

I've never had the car in snow. Two of my co-workers drive their newer models every day so it's not impossible. If you put some sand bags in the trunk and drive safe I'm thinking you'd be ok. It's not going to be great in snow like a front wheel drive car but it's not the worst.
