2003 GT VERT in NY 5 speed $12K trades

2003 Dark Shadow Gray GT Convertible. 5 speed. Just under 72K miles. Very good condition. No mods. Been in the garage for the winter and ready to be enjoyed. I'm throwing it out there so I could do some toy shopping. $12K firm, or possible trade for an '88-'93 LX 5.0 5 speed convertible (not red) plus cash.
