Hello all, I'm going to be completely honest with you unlike the guy that sold me the mustang a few years ago.
This a 68 mustang coupe. It is probably best suited for a project car. It has a 68 302 motor in it but...but....It was originally a 6 cylinder. (Thats the part where the other guy was not honest) Me not being well educated a few years back in the mustang department, did not think to check the lugs on the wheels...anyways back to the car. As of now the engine's #2 and #6 cylinder keep fouling the spark plugs. I think it could use a rebuild. The engine will crank up and run though. So if you put 2 new plugs in it you could drive it for about 25 miles then it will start bogging. The gas tank recently rotted out and gave away so it needs a new tank too.
The passenger floor pan is rotted out and the drivers floor pan has a metal plate welded in place of a small patched section. It looks to be a 2' x 2' plate. I think the rear pans are fine. Ill check tomorrow when get a chance. The hood needs a hood latch, right now it is being held down with hood pins. The hood it self has surface rust on it in the center. The back left tail light chrome pieces needs to be screwed back in. The dash is warped. It needs a new speedometer cable, right now the speedo is not working. The fuel gauge does not work either, but im not sure what is exactly wrong with it. The inner left rear fender has rust. The bumpers have surface rust. Doors have a few "rust bubbles". Back left window needs the rolling up mechanism fixed. The bolt that connects the power steering pump to the block has broken off into the block. I was not able to get it out, I'm sure if you have the proper tools you could.
Alright, now I think I got all of the negatives out of the way. In the two years that I've owned the car, it had the c-4 transmission rebuilt, new starter, new radiator, new
carborator.
Feel free to ask me anything! Im going to try and get some under the car pics tomorrow. Thanks for taking the time to look into my car!

Went and looked at it today, the gas tank actually looks fine, I think it was a hose that rotted out causing the gas to leak. I will say both front floor pans need replaced. I wont be able to upload the new pics I took because my computer is not accepting the SD card...sony..pfft...so I will have to wait till next sunday to get the pictures uploaded. This set of pictures will include frame, gas tank, rear, floor pans, engine, under and under the engine. Im going to drop the price down to (see top) since both floor pans need to be replaced...fair enough right? Edit: Found another pic on the computer.

Reason: Edit: Found another pic of it on the computer.
why dont i have access to the pics that you posted?
It MAY have to do with your post count being less than 50. The new forum software sets permissions in this section at 50. That would be my guess. I could see the pics fine BTW.
