I'm in the Raleigh/Cary NC area. The car is a 1999 Mustang GT has 43k miles, new tires, a clean carfax and has been garage kept for most of its life.
The engine was replaced and the top end was built after a rod bearing failure at 40k miles. I have full documentation and records for everything.

I say go with STI, Unless your up their in age then get a C5
