Yellow Paint Job by West Coast Customs
Performance parts installed by Shelby
Unfortunately for me, fortunately for somebody looking for a unique and beautiful Mustang I have to sell our extra clean ’07 Mustang GT. This car was purchased from Team Ford in Las Vegas in ‘07 to be the base for an upcoming Shelby prototype. Since the '07s didn't come in yellow (only grabber orange after '06) it was sent down to West Coast Customs in Los Angeles to get a $7000 custom yellow paintjob. They used a Ford factory Screaming Yellow (paint code D6) on the originally white car and they even matched the mirrors and tinted the rear lights. This car turns heads wherever it goes! This is the only '05 to '09 Mustang I've seen in this color.
When Shelby's prototype plans were changed from a V8 to a V6 (that ultimately became the Shelby Terlingua Mustang, which I also have), this car was outfitted with Shelby and Ford Racing performance parts and put back on the road. All work was done at the Shelby factory; here is the list of the upgrades:
Shelby GT 18in Chrome Wheels
Ford Racing Strut Tower Brace
Ford Racing Handling Pack: Eibach springs and sway-bars
Ford Racing Cold Air Intake
Borla Exhaust with chrome tips
Ford Racing 320HP tune
Hurst short-throw shifter
Darkened rear lights
Shelby GT chrome grille
Shelby hood pin kit
GT500 rear fascia
Shelby GT front fascia
Shelby badged floormats
Shelby GT500 Cobra side badges
My original plans were to turn it into a Shelby SR (www.shelbyautos.com/vehicles/ShelbySR.asp), but too many other toys and projects force me to sell it. This car is a perfect candidate for that conversion, it would be definitely a one-of...
The car is currently in Los Angeles, but it still has Nevada plates and tags. It's a non-smoker car. It came with a California emissions system from the factory so it wouldn’t be a problem to register it in California. Especially, since it has more than 7500 miles.
After receiving full payment I can personally deliver the car at no charge in So-Cal or even to Las Vegas. I can also help arrange for the shipping of the car to anywhere else with an enclosed carrier at the buyers expense.
I'm still financing it, so the title would come in about 10 days after delivery of the car.
There are more pictures under my "garage":
Please feel free to ask me any questions and I can send more pics or info on the car. Thanks for looking!

Since it still has Nevada plates, NV buyers wouldn't have to pay sales tax on this car. That's an 8% or almost $2K savings!

Car still available $21,995 OBO and I will throw in a free passenger side visor signed by Carroll Shelby himself!

macman756, it really depends on the state where the car ends up. In California they charge you a "use tax" at the DMV. They try to get you any way they can unfortunately. In Nevada for example there is no such thing. I'm not sure about GA...

price seems wayyyy steep
If the car was a stock Mustang GT, blue book is around $18K and you would be absolutely right. This car has $10K+ mods put in it, including a West Coast Customs paint job and a Shelby history, increasing the value in my opinion. he visor was signed by Carroll himself too.
The real price will always be what someone is willing to pay for it and what I'm willing to live with, hence the "OBO" next to the price tag. If you are seriously interested, make me an offer and let's see if we can agree. :-)
