2005 Mustang GT Premium Convertible
Hello out there,
I read the post about being wary of new members trying to sell.....I am a new member, and I am looking to sell. I actually joined the forum today because I wanted to find out wtf was with my fuel tank choking on the nozzle at the pump, turns out there's a TSB and I'm getting the part ordered....I digress.
As you can see in the pics, I've got an '05 GT Premium Convertible, black on black. 5200 miles, automatic transmission, and EVERY (Shaker1000, 17" premium wheels w/ wheel locking kit, convertible boot cover, etc.) option available from the factory except the side airbags and the interior package that included the "My Color" feature (I thought the solid aluminum finish on the dash looked bad in the black on black scheme). I also got what the dealers in the Pacific NW call the Northwest Protection Package (NWPP) which includes the paint protection and interior treatment guaranteed to keep stains at bay at water rolling off the paint for 5 years. There's also a transferable maintenance package good for 36,000 miles. The tires have never been roasted and it's been in a garage when not on the road.
Yes, my price of $35,000 isn't "cheap", but it isn't high either. My reason for selling is a sad (some may say pathetic) one, but aren't they all.....it's got everything to do with a girl. What can I say? The dealer calls me on my birthday of all days and tells me to "guess what just rolled off the truck" that the other guy canceled b/c he wanted a coupe. I bought the beauty (pressured by the two other buyers waiting there for me to make up my mind) and got in trouble for it. We fought (me and my future wife), I went to Vegas and Phoenix for a roadtrip in defiance, and have returned home to surrender. I'll probably get another one a few years down the road.
So the car is available if you're out there and have been looking for the black/black convertible. Let me know if you have any questions.

Good Luck with that price! Dealers are selling them for sticker now. If you owed nothing on it, Would you give it away. It all comes down to what its worth, Not what you owe. You may have to eat a few grand.

I'm selling b/c my "babygurl" has convinced me it was the wrong move given our plans. And yes, eating a few grand is part of the plan.
