i paid 70 bucks for my spacers and they are 35 mm where in the world did u pay 200 for yours

Are they lug-centric or hub-centric? Also are they brand name? Good spacers are not cheap (I'm not saying it's a good buy, but from say 'american muscle', they're expensive).
