Default 1999 Windsor 4.6L 2V part out!

hola
Well i recently picked up a newer 4.6L SOHC and have the Old windsor from the car hanging around, Before i dump it I would like to see if anyone needs anything from it , The motor does have about 110k miles on it so when you ask for a part i will dismantle it to make sure it is worth selling so please be patient .

I replaced it due to a hard ticking that no one could identify, I heard it may be a rod bearing, it may be a rist pin, it may be valves/lifter, etc. if you need anything let me know-Not looking to make a million dollars just a few bucks and to get it out of the drive way, it has some surface rust on it but for most the motor has been covered up.

I also still have the alternator/starter/COP's/etc.

"known issues: ticking/thumping, Heater would also drag motor down a lot"

Surface rust noticable in pics, only surface though!

This is a PI 4.6 Liter if anyone was interested, 99's can be confusing. FYI (Bump), Motor still has the alternator, starter , TB, etc.
Still got all except valve covers & COP's.

ill take trades for lowering springs, etc. too just looking to gain and get rid of.. that's all!
