These are replacement fuel pumps which means its the pump that goes on the fuel hat, not the complete assembly this pump part number is 9350-AA and other part number on previous pumps was 9h307. They are rated at 255lph, i tested every one to make sure they work right and flow what they are rated. They are brand new and come with the filter and power plug. If you have a 99-04 Mustang or focus this would be a direct replacement and upgrade for the pump in your fuel hat. This pump is designed to work on a returnless style system $80 each shipped anywhere in the USA
