the cobra bumper is bare with no bezel's, fog lights, and no chin spoiler. it is primer black ready for paint. i am trying to keep it as a local deal as im not so sure on how to ship something that big and fragile. when i got it it came in about 50lbs of bubble wrap but i no longer have the bubble wrap since it took up like half of my garage. lol.

its a chip you plug into the ecu... to my knowledge it doesnt have any sort of locks on it like a programmer would.
