Gauge cluster for sale
Up for sale is a gauge cluster from a GT. I do not know the miles right now, i may plug it into my car when i do the dash swap to read the mileage. Asking 60 plus shipping OBO

Half right but also half wrong. While the mileage is stored redundantly in the engine computer, the displayed mileage is stored in cluster. So the mileage that you can read is transferred with the cluster. Most dealers are unable to change the displayed mileage but they can send it to a ford factory to get the correct mileage 'loaded' onto the cluster. You could also swap the circuit boards to retain PATS and mileage. Good luck with sale.
