4.6L Diablo Tuner/ 3/8" Intake Spacer for 99-01 Cobra/ Mach 1

Sold the Mach 1

and now I have to get rid of my last mods. I've got an unlocked Diablo tuner (U7146)that works with most of the later 4.6L mustangs. The tuner I'm asking $200 and the intake spacer is $50. The spacer comes with the gasket. All is needed are the longer bolts.

Make me an offer for either or both. Looking to get rid of them soon.
