INITIAL POST
Hello. I own a Y2000 GT, Novi 2000, 10.5 lb boost, 3.73, triax, with
Mach 1 chin and grill elim/pony, and Bullitt side scoops(if you want to
get rid of your stock tendency to buffet around at 70mph and above,
this is terrific way to go, and it gave me over 1/2 mpg, and more than
3 mph on top).
I want to alert as many folks as I can to "Mustangtuning.com" a company
I surfed for wheels. Because of their suspiciously low retail price on FR500
wheels(something like $170/wheel!), I looked them up, with internet (-), and
then documented (-) contact, in their home town chamber of commerce. Specifically,
there is no plat change for a warehouse at their address location. Human E-response
from the local chamber notes no membership, as well.
Then, I went to the BBB, for the parent company, Xoxide, and found an extremely bad
rating, for it. The internet sites for both companies are graphically quite similar, as well.
They have absolutely no record for MustangTuning.com, or several other spelling and syntax
variations.
I would caution any/everyone who contemplates business with them. prz

RE: INITIAL POST
T_stang, I didn't have a problem, but I am trying to
prevent others from problems. I have been around
the car biz a long time, so thought I would "paper"
a few forums with the info. It turns out you guys
have some very diverse interests. Anyway, thanks
for the welcome. prz
