Hey hows it goin? My name is Mike.
I'm new to the mustang scene, as i just bought a clean 1983 Mustang GT with a 1990 Mustang front clip.
It is kinda a hodge podge of ford mustang as it also has had a motor swap. it has a later model 5.0L, that doesnt have a mechanical fuel pump . 3.73 gears in the rear. Ford Motorsports B303 cam, Weiand Stealth Dual Plane intake, 1.7 Rollers, Holley "Blue" fuel pump, BBK equal length headers and a header back exhaust.
it is a great start and i got a steal, but i am having problems getting it running. we put a fuel pressure gauge on after the fuel pressure regulator, and it is pegging the gauge at 10+ psi. being a carb it should only be ~7psi. put a new regulator in it and still got the same problem. we also suspect the power valve in the carb is blown out.
but any way that is my car, and i am anxious to get it on the road.

i'll get some numbers and pictures up when i get back home on wednesday.
