Default SLP exhaust

This may be a dumb question but it has me stumped! I have a 98 Mustang GT Conv. I just got it a few months ago and ready to start modding it. I want to buy the Loud Mouth 1 catback exhaust from SLP. Some sites have it for a 98 GT and some don't. My question what is the difference between a 96-97 Mustang and a 98 MUstang? Any help would be appreciated.
