Default 94 yellow GT

I recently looked at a 94 gt 5 speed. i put a down payment on it so they would hold it for me...do you think i am going wrong on this car? 120,000 miles, 5.0 motor, flowmaster exhaust, and the AC compressor freezes up and almost makes the motor stall out... they are asking 4300$ for it. GOOD OR BAD deal? I will post pictures when i get the car to my house if i buy it. let me know fellas. thanks

Sounds a little steep to me, but I am not a fan of that body style anyway, so I'm probably not the right guy to ask.[&:]

yea the lady was asking 5 g's for it but i dropped her down to 4300$. the motor runs smooth..no oil leaks or water leaks. the ac is just messed up. thats my only concern about the car.

I had one same color...I sold it 6 years ago because they brought out yellow again....it was once a rare colour and now everyone is making yellow cars....had no problems with mine..sold it with 80,000kms on it....

Not a bad price... I just sold my 91LX for 6K. But of course it was a gem of a fox. I'd suggest you find a nice, clean foxbody. You should be able to get a nice one for that money with less miles. But maybe I'm biased as well.... I HATE that bodystyle. As for the AC... just bypass it until you can buy a new compressor. I'd ask them to come off the price for that reason... if you really like it.

If it were me, I probably wouldn't buy it. You could most likely get a newer mustang, say late 90s for just a little more.

But, if the car seems like a good deal to you, thats what matters.

Sounds like a fair price if the body is in good shape. Check Edmunds Guide to Used car buying or MADA Bluebook to get a ballpark number. Good luck and enojoy.

It seems a little steep, considering the a/c problems. If the a/c were fixed, then it seems like a fair deal.
