Default Hi, New to the forums from Orlando

Hi Everyone,

I am new to being in a forum, looks like a great place to talk to other Mustang owners and find out info. I have had my 2007 GT/CS for awhile now and it is an amazing car. I cannot believe the increase in power over my 2002 GT. I can't imagine what it will be like when I start doing mods.

Welcome to the forums. I don't know for sure but I have been told the new V6s have as much power as the older V8s. Therefore you should know how much more power you have than a V6. If I would have bought a V8 the first option I would have had to have was a spare set of rear tires.

Anyone with suggestions on what upgrades I can do, would like to hear what you did first and how it helped. I am thinking right now of putting 40 series Flowmasters, and some type of cold air-tuner kit.

Welcome to MF. Glad you found us. My sig list of mods shows a typical route to take. Mine have been added slowly over the 2 years I've had the car. I'd rather add them a little at a time so I get a lot more pleasure from each one of them. But first is a CAI and a tune. Do some homework on this because there are a lot options to choose from for the S197s.

I agree with you. I went from a '99 GT Vert 5-speed to the 2005 and never looked back.

Welcome to the forums bro, I'd toss in an O/R H to go with the 40 series flowmasters since you live in FL. No emissions check ftw!
