New Member: Help!!
Hey guys. I'm new here. I'm in a bit of a conniption and I have a few choices. I'm 16 years old and have plenty of driving experience. No tickets or accidents yet (knocks on wood) and after owning my first car (1991 acura legend) for a while, I'm going to be moving onto something much nicer, in spring.
I'm pressed between luxury, speed, and looks. Here's my three choices, and I'm probably going to get thrown out for even thinking about including one, but please be mature and look at it as a good deal for someone in my situation. I'm currently making about 200-240 dollars a week so that leaves me with about 5 grand in march. My dad is going to let me put down a nice down payment on a car and then finance the rest. I'm probably going to be purchasing the car off of ebay, cars.com, or autotrader because that is where all of the good deals are found. 15 grand is about my price range But here's my problem...
(by the way I will be getting manual transmission, again. only sissies drive auto)
2005+ Mustang V6
-In my price range
-Beautiful interior
-Love the transmission, shifter is the smoothest i've felt.
-SOME pickup, not much. Still moves quick.
-Slowest of the three choices, but nicest luxury interior.
-Worst looking on the outside. Would require a bit of cash for the GT grille and some nicer rims.
1999-2004 Mustang GT V8
-In my price range
-Not so nice interior
-Ugly *** shifter (haven't felt it though, may be great, still have to go try it on)
-Very quick, very loud, very torquey, very mean, very sexy, very... muscle.
-would require a lot of money to make interior sexy.
1998+ Camaro SS
-In price range
-GROSS INTERIOR
-UGLY SHIFTER
-Fastest of the three, best looking of the three (after new headlights)
So basically I would rank the camaro as fastest, worst interior, and best looks.
v6 stang as slowest, nicest interior, worst looks
GT stang as mid fastest, mid interior, mid looks.
What is the best deal, and why?
