Yes, the SCT is a hand held tuner. Check out Brenspeed.

Welcome to the forums.

Love the color and definitely recommend the tune with a CAI added.

welcome to the forums.. about the tires, idk about 06s but my 08 came with those tires stock on the 18" polished bullits.. so maybe the guy bought new tires or something or maybe they came on it stock and the guy just didn't beat on them which is a good thing
