Default Just bought a 66 couple to restore. Wish me luck

I was born in 1966. I have had a 70 Fastback when I was younger. But always wanted a 66. Well my son will be 16 in a year or so. So I bought one to restore with him. It is a 66 coupe 289 c4. with all orignial #s. But boy does it have some rust. floor pans doors hood ect. But what the heck. it will be a learning experience for my son.

Default Question for the masses

Do I try to fix the original parts ie doors hood fenders. Or buy after market parts.
