Hi all,
I'm Roger and I don't own a Mustang! Well, not really. I own a rare 2005 Rover 75 V8, made in the UK and fitted as original equipment with a 4.6L 260 HP Mustang GT engine and Tremec auto box, plus mostly Mustang electrics and running gear. On top of that it's fitted with British and German equipment, so she's a real mixture. The engine is I believe the same as in the 2004 Mustang GT. I'm having some problems which are very hard to diagnose, such as the sudden loss of accelleration which I see some others have referred to. The ECU is the Ford unit, but adapted by Roush for MG Rover, so Ford diagnostics can't pick up all the nuances. Anyway, I thought it a good idea to join the forum so I can see what owners of models with the same running gear are doing.

Thanks for the welcome guys. She died on me this morning on the freeway - not much fun! Same problem, just worse than usual of course. Currently being examined by my local trusty Ford dealer. Yes, I mean that, they usually are really good!
